summer fun run

i had a run on saturday(7/11)
it was a 5K and i did pretty good i got 5th in my age group(14-18) and around 10th overall with a time of 18:58 it was awsome!
that night i had a really fun time and went to a dance and got to hang out with a friend i hadnt seen since school was in and her cousins
then today i actualy went to another XC practice and that was fun we passed a BBall while running our practice and shot some hoops along the way
